Due to unforeseen circumstances we are no longer able to offer pre-bookable GP appointments for the foreseeable future due to our procurement, all appointments will be book on the day at 8am. This may also make it hard for you to see your usual GP.

It has been designed with the patient’s needs at the forefront of everything, from checking surgery times to letting us know what you think of us.

Changes to the practice area
All patients should receive a letter about changes at Trinity Practice. As you will be aware, opening hours have already changed, but we will also be changing the area covered by the practice on 1st April.
This means that a small number of patients may need to transfer to a new GP practice. By 1 February 2016 NHS England will have contacted those patients affected by this to explain the options available.
Our dedicated team are here to treat those minor ailments that occur as well as providing specialist management of long-term conditions and clinics covering a wide range of healthcare issues. The technology also means you can now do a lot of things from the comfort of your home such as order a repeat prescription or cancel an appointment.

Once registered, patients and healthcare professionals work together to ensure the most appropriate care is provided. This partnership philosophy extends even further and our active patient group exists to make sure that patient needs and the practice offering are always heading in the same direction.
The surgery has good access for disabled people and there is also limited parking space. More details about our facilities can be found HERE
